When you book with us, you're agreeing to keep our homes—and the experience they offer—in the same spirit you found them. These house rules exist to protect everyone: you, your neighbors, and the next guests who'll walk through that door. Take a few minutes to read through them before you arrive. Minors must be supervised at all times—inside and outside the home. Never leave children unattended. You're responsible for their safety and well-being throughout your stay, including any accidents that happen on the property.

These homes are for you and your family to enjoy, not for commercial purposes. No professional photography, filming, events, or parties. No tents, stages, or structures without written approval. Keep it intimate, keep it yours.

You're Responsible for Damage

If something breaks during your stay, let us know right away. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to your payment method on file. We trust you to treat the home as your own—which means taking care of it.

Pearl Heights Homes isn't responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings while you're here. By booking with us, you also acknowledge that the Property Manager, Owner, and their representatives aren't liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during your stay. We're committed to maintaining safe, well-kept homes—but the peace of mind comes from knowing you're taking care of what matters to you.
